Attendees at this year’s Smart Retail Tech Expo on 28 February – 1 March can learn about the retail industry’s use of virtual, mixed and augmented reality solutions at the new XR Xperience showcase.

Visitors can meet exhibitors, interact with their solutions and find out how they can rejuvenate their retail strategies. Exhibitors include Hologram Communications, NeXR Technologies, live and video commerce business Onlive.Site, virtual store technology providers InContext and Metadrob, UrbanXR, Mobi Lab, metaverse-focused firm Exarta and 3D solution provider Wide VR. Also demonstrating their solutions are Robosize, which creates virtual fitting room offerings; Skyboy; Reactive Reality and Unify Office Group, which develops 3D display technology.

Other sections of the event will focus on digital transformation, improving omnichannel customer experiences and discovering ‘new retail’, details of which can be found in Smart Retail Tech Expo’s new show guide.

The show guide also outlines the keynote sessions that attendees can explore. Among the speakers are TikTok’s Patrick Nommensen, who will discuss harnessing the power of social and live commerce, Amazon Pay’s Nicki Rogers, who will outline the economic value of e-commerce experiences, and THG Ingenuity’s Zach Hemmant-Low, who will explore the reimagined world of retail. Amos Peleg and Manish Maloo of Flipkart Commerce Cloud will also hold a session on retail media in times of recession, the associated mistakes and how retailers can avoid them.
