Solgari has launched a new AI-powered chatbot built on Microsoft Copilot Studio that is designed to help organisations improve customer engagement.
Businesses will be able to integrate the chatbot directly into their websites, allowing their customers to interact with it through a chat interface. This will allow customers to get 24/7 assistance with the option to pass queries to a live agent if needed.
The Solgari application can then capture conversations with the chatbot and use the data in Microsoft Sales Copilot and other AI agents.

The AI chatbot is available in Solgari for Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365 applications on the Microsoft Azure marketplace.
