Crestron will hold a webinar on 8 December to demonstrate the benefits of its new 70 Series Room Scheduling touch screens, so attendees can discover new options for meeting spaces. 

The webinar will also share a preview of Microsoft’s new meeting room devices – Teams Panels – which will be available in 2021 from Crestron. The devices can be mounted outside a meeting space and, according to Microsoft, “streamline space management, providing users with the ability to view space and meeting details, reserve a space, view upcoming reservations and easily identify current availability status”. 

The event will share insights from Crestron customer Juniper Networks about the value of delivering data on space use, room cleanliness and capacity in returning to the office safely and effectively.

Attendees will hear from Gary Lai, senior program manager at Microsoft Teams Devices; Albert Kooiman, principal program manager at Microsoft Teams; and Travis Reed, senior engineer of conference technology at Juniper Networks.
