Happy holidays to all readers of The Record!

The team at The Record would like to wish all our readers a happy and peaceful holiday period, and a prosperous 2020.

The past year has seen us bring you a wide range of news from Microsoft and its partners, covering a wide range of industries including automotive, manufacturing and resources, financial services, retail and hospitality, communications and media and public sector. We hope you have had as much fun reading our magazine and online content as we have had putting it together.

If you have a bit of free time over the festive period, why not take a look at some of our highlights from 2019. Like the rest of the enterprise technology industry, our focus has been on digital transformation and how Microsoft is enabling its customers to achieve this. Gavriella Schuster, corporate vice president of Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner organisation, has spoken with us more than once about how the company if facilitating this. In January, she explained how Microsoft, its technologies, and its partners are facilitating a new way of working, and later in the year, she told us about how the firm has reinvented how it partners with customers to build on top of its existing solutions.
