Retail has changed as a result of Covid-19. A recent study by Kantar found that lockdown shopping habits may continue after social distancing, with 33 per cent of households believing their volume of online purchases will increase. And an eMarketer report from May 2020 found that UK retail e-commerce sales will account for nearly a third of total retail sales in 2021.
