Microsoft Gold Partner and digital transformation services provider Green House Data has acquired DevOps development firm Deliveron, which will help it to manage other organisations’ digital transformation journeys.

With the addition of Deliveron’s capabilities, Green House Data will be able to deliver IT modernisation and management services. It will have refactoring applications for modern cloud-based architectures such as Microsoft Azure, DevOps enablement and consulting, and analytics-driven software development.

“The digital transformation journey for many enterprises has not only become more complex but also the pace of required innovation to stay competitive has quickened,” said Shawn Mills, CEO of Green House Data. “Offering DevOps practices and development capabilities alongside cloud ecosystem and infrastructure management is key to helping organisations develop to scale and adding Deliveron’s team and capabilities further cements our ability to help enterprise and midmarket organisations overcome truly diverse IT challenges.”

Green House Data was founded in 2007 as a colocation and hosted cloud provider. Since then it has added data centre facilities across the US, become a Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Services Provider. It continues to expand its service offerings into Microsoft Azure, enterprise applications, advisory consulting, information security and compliance and hybrid multi-cloud management.

Microsoft Managed Partner Deliveron was founded in 2006 and focuses on software development, cloud solutions and DevOps lifecycle management processes.

“The shared value of Green House Data and Deliveron extend beyond the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud enablement,” said Lucas Sahm, vice-president of DevOps Consulting Services at Deliveron. “We both focus on the business drivers behind the technology and a results-oriented methodology. We are excited to join a rapidly growing IT service provider to help clients reach their goals around data centre modernisation, workload migration and agile DevOps processes.”
