Profisee updates its Maestro master data management platform

Profisee has released a new version of its Maestro master data management platform.

Maestro Version 4 features enhanced integration, administrative and deployment capabilities, as well as enhancements to the platform’s scalability and stewardship productivity.

The new version of Maestro, which leverages Microsoft SQL Server, includes Federation Manager. This provides a modular architecture that supports multi-hub, federated master data management scenarios.

A connector plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems are also available, replacing the previous standalone Maestro Adapters. This helps provide a single, unified integration experience.

The platform’s native event management provides support for specific event scenario triggers, while Maestro’s System-Aware Identity Management (SAIM) functionality includes intelligence around source and subscribing system identities.

“SAIM streamlines and improves integration by hiding meaningless source system keys, proactively preventing duplicate records, and simplifying development and implementation of connectors,” said Val Lovicz, CTO, Profisee.

In terms of administration, Maestro Version 4 contains enhancements to functionality around data archiving and deployments, subscription view management, and deployment of business rules.

The new release also improves system performance and scalability, with customers now able to license multiple server nodes to support a single Maestro instance, with synchronised caching across servers.
