Fluid engineering firm Sulzer is using Akumina’s employee experience platform (EXP) to improve workforce communication by creating a more modern and personalised intranet for its global network of employees.
Through the new system, Sulzer aims to provide a simpler interface and mobile application to improve access to information.
“Our previous intranet solution struggled to keep up with the needs of our 15,000 global employees,” said Itee Satpathy, head of internal communications at Sulzer. “Akumina’s EXP will give us the ability to create a central hub that enables our employees to access personalised information on any device at any time.”
