The Community Summit Conference will provide Microsoft AI, Azure, Dynamics, Copilot Studio, Fabric and Power Platform training and focus on how to grow organisational confidence with AI at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, USA from 11-15 October 2026.
The conference agenda covers automation, data, cybersecurity, business intelligence, technical development, operations and more. Over 600 expert-led sessions will take place, organised into different categories for users at different stages of their Microsoft platform journey, from migration to starting out.
Sessions and workshops will cover a variety of topics, including ‘Power BI Development from Ground Zero to Insightful Dashboard’, ‘A Blueprint for Deep Adoption in D365 FCM & CRM’, ‘AI Agents in Practice: What Works, What Doesn’t, and Why,’ and ‘Dynamic Query Builder: A Truly Custom Business Central Reporting Suite’.
Alongside the scheduled conference sessions, the event will feature tech medic desks hosted by Microsoft MVPs where attendees can receive troubleshooting and technical help. Meanwhile, summit academy workshops have been designed for Dynamics professionals.
