Event will explore how banks and fintechs can meet the changing needs of customers
The Efma Capgemini World FinTech Talk Session will take place in London, UK, this May and will explore how banks and fintechs can deliver the experiences that customers want and expect in the future.
The event forms part of Efma’s CCX Forum which has a focus on channels and customer experience in the financial services industry.
Keynote speakers include Ghela Boskovich, head of Fintech and Regtech Partnerships UK at Startupbootcamp, who will discuss ways in which business-to-business fintech startups can accelerate progress.
Chris Skinner, non-executive director at challenger consultancy 11:FS, will focus on the scope for growth around digital banking and Anne Marcome, finance account director France at LinkedIn, will discuss the role trust plays among thought leaders when it comes to collaborations between banks and fintechs.
The event will host a panel discussion on ‘fintegration’ and the role collaboration plays in enabling organisations to grow. Members of the panel will include Jennifer Grazel, global director of LinkedIn Finance Vertical marketing; Jamie Campbell, head of Awareness at Bud and Yves Eonnet, CEO of Tagpay.
Six leading fintechs have been selected by Efma and Capgemini to present their solutions at the event. Each fintech will deliver a five-minute pitch about its solution before answering questions from the audience and the best one will be chosen by the onsite attendees.
The fintechs are Neuroprofiler, a customer risk profiler for financial advisors; Onfido, an identity verification engine for enterprises; Exagens, creator of the digital personal financial assistant Max; Icare Technologies, a provider of an autonomous contactless identification system; and Budget Insight, a mobile app that enables access to banking data of the end-customers.
