The European Collaboration Summit will held in Cologne, Germany, from 5-7 May 2026 and will be world’s largest conference focused on Microsoft 365, Copilot and Modern Work solutions. Event organisers expect to host more than 3,000 attendees, over 40 Microsoft executives and more than 90 sponsors and exhibitors.

The conference will offer more than 150 sessions – including panel discussions and one-to-one sessions – delivered by over 120 speakers from Microsoft and other businesses. Key topics will include Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents, SharePoint and Viva, advanced Teams features, and Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance.

Attendees will learn how to build custom AI agents and work with enterprise-grade security frameworks from Microsoft leaders before these solutions are made available to the wider public. Other innovative AI solutions that will be covered through tutorials and breakout sessions include advanced document processing, AI summarisation tools and real-time transcription on Teams.

Additionally, the conference will offer attendees the opportunity to form partnerships with Microsoft experts and learn about product strategies designed to support the long-term growth of their organisation.

The European Collaboration Summit will be held as part of ECS2026 alongside the AI & Cloud Summit and the BizApps summit. The latter is tailored to attendees looking to learn more about business apps and platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Dynamics 365.

All three summits can be accessed with a single ticket. Technology Record readers can use the TECHNOLOGYRECORD20 code for a 20 per cent discount on tickets.
