The French Football Federation (FFF) has chosen communication software provider and Microsoft partner Letsignit to improve its brand identity. The FFF has achieved this by using Letsignit’s solution to create uniform e-mail signatures across the company.

According to Isabelle Girondel, graphic designer in Marketing at the FFF, the firm chose to make e-mail signatures consistent after noticing the volume of e-mails sent each day; it was clearly an important communication channel that could help with brand identity.

“Letsignit is a practical solution, easy to use and impactful for our communication,” said Girondel.

Employees use the solution, which is hosted in Microsoft Azure, by connecting through their Office 365 accounts. The firm also uses Letsignit’s solution to relay its news and integrate clickable banners that enable FFF employees to easily redirect people to the relevant information on its events. This increases return on investment. “We create communication banners mainly to push our external events such as French team matches, the Coupe de France and the events of Football Amateur,” said Girondel.

Each of FFF’s departments can manage its own themes and events. Letsignit’s offering also enables a multi-signature and some departments can choose to use signatures in English.
