MAXHUB has introduced its MAXHUB Panel SP10, a professional-grade room scheduling touch panel designed to bridge the gap between physical workspaces and enterprise digital workflows.
The tool is built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) and runs Android 15, which ensures the device remains aligned with evolving corporate security compliance standards. The hardware features native, enterprise-grade security protocols enabling it to integrate with Zero Trust corporate network environments. This also means network administrators can securely manage, configure and push firmware updates across their global campus footprint via unified cloud-based endpoint management platforms.
The system’s Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) connectivity enables both stable low-voltage power and high-speed data transmission over a single structural Cat5e/Cat6 cable run. For retrofits or legacy spaces, the Wi-Fi 6 Radio uses Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) technology to sustain connectivity allowing new scheduling infrastructure to be introduced without structural disruption.

The 11-inch display on the MAXHUB Panel SP10 is an In-Plane Switching (IPS) touchscreen with 1920x1200 resolution to provide greater data density and improved glanceability. As corridors are prone to harsh reflections from linear office lighting, the display includes a professional anti-glare finish to deliver paper-like readability across wide viewing angles. The sides of the chassis include high-visibility LED status bars which project colour-coded room conditions visible from further down the corridor. The MAXHUB Panel SP10 is supplied with a four-in-one universal mounting solution and has a built-in bubble level.
