Smart Retail Tech Expo 2023 will provide attendees with a complimentary matchmaking service that will help them meet their objectives for the show.
Guests will be paired up with the suppliers and seminars best suited to them based on their interests, areas of expertise and goals.
Furthermore, attendees can discover how they can develop their business with technology through either the in-store or online experience theatres, and the sustainability trail will educate guests on the available eco-friendly solutions.
Businesses will also be able to hear from industry leaders from brands such as Nike. A keynote from the business’s lead software engineer in innovation, Blake Kvarfordt, will focus on improving customer experiences using technology and innovation and how the customer experience has changed over the past 20 years. He will discuss how technology such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and mobile applications can enhance the experience customers have whilst shopping.
Kvarfordt will be among the line-up of 200 exhibitors and 100 speakers from a variety of backgrounds and expertise that will be present at the event.
The event is taking place on 3-4 May 2023 in Las Vegas, USA.
