Microsoft will host Envision UK on 19 May as an in-person and online event to help organisations grow and succeed amid the economic and social challenges facing the UK.

The event will bring together thought leaders and industry experts, with speakers including Clare Barclay, CEO of Microsoft UK; Tony Danke, director-general of the Confederation of British Industry; author Nina Schick; economist Tim Harford; Brad Smith, president of Microsoft; and Judson Althoff, chief commercial officer at Microsoft.

Each will explore the road ahead, addressing challenges such as hybrid working, rising cybersecurity threats and the competitive necessity of innovation. They will also discuss how organisations can build vibrant cultures and drive high performance, while protecting people’s data, privacy and security.

Sessions will focus on topics such as environmental sustainability, cybersecurity innovation, culture and talent, hybrid working, unlocking potential in teams, the value of diversity in data science for customer success, and how moving to the cloud can help firms recover and reimagine their businesses.

Attendees will also be able to hear from the Alpine F1 team, as they discuss how they are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to make faster decisions on the factory floor and the benefits of being a hyper-connected business.

Microsoft staff will also be on hand to conduct demonstrations of the HoloLens 2 mixed reality headset and Microsoft Surface.
