Over 14,000 Microsoft partners and customers will attend Microsoft Ignite 2025, with 200,000 more joining online. We highlight a selection of partners exhibiting this year, and outline how their solutions and services have generated customer success.
Action1
Carwow, a digital automotive platform with over 400 remote employees, enhanced its security and compliance posture by combining Microsoft Intune with Action1.
Intune provided foundational endpoint management, while Action1 added advanced visibility, automation and policy enforcement. Together, they enabled Carwow to easily scan for deviations from Microsoft’s security baseline, auto-remediate through PowerShell and accelerate common IT tasks like Windows 11 upgrades. As a result, weekly effort dropped from six hours to 20 minutes, with faster rollout and stronger compliance. This joint solution empowered Carwow’s lean IT team to manage remote endpoints efficiently and securely.
AVEVA
AVEVA’s partnership with Microsoft has continually delivered real business outcomes. In the Philippines, AVEVA’s partnership with the ABS-CBN Foundation and Calibr8 is transforming environmental stewardship. By harnessing AVEVA’s CONNECT on Microsoft Azure, it is empowering local communities with real-time water quality data – collected by internet-of-things boats and visualised through Power BI – to drive citizen science and protect the Verde Island Passage biodiversity hotspot. This connected ecosystem shows how robust industrial software can deliver grassroots conservation objectives: CONNECT was originally developed for manufacturing and energy sectors; it now supports environmental use cases with a model that can be replicated anywhere.
Barco ClickShare
When the Flemish Government was looking to turn its newly renovated Brussels hub in Belgium into a place where employees could feel at home and easily connect, it installed over 1000 ClickShare solutions in all meeting spaces.
The office building features a variety of spaces, including open offices, quiet workstations and even a ‘forest’ where people can collaborate. Now, employees and guests can start hybrid meetings on platforms such as Microsoft Teams with just one click on the ClickShare Button or ClickShare App. In addition, the devices support the government’s bring-your-own-device model and are designed to support its sustainability goals.
BitTitan
A global customer in the UK needed a migration solution to consolidate Microsoft 365 tenants, resolve technical debt, and migrate and configure over 9,000 workstations, all without compromising performance. BitTitan’s MigrationWiz combined with PowerSyncPro, delivered automated Active Directory sync, secure data migration, and seamless coexistence. More than 9,000 workstation workloads were reset, join states were reconfigured, and terabytes of data were migrated in one weekend. This powerful solution simplified workflows, minimised downtime, and ensured a smooth transition to Microsoft 365.
Formpipe
When Georg Jensen realised paper invoices were costing €500,000 ($590,350) a year to create and post, the world-famous Danish luxury house turned to Lasernet and Microsoft Dynamics. The results: €300,000 ($354,210) in annual savings, less burden on staff and greener processes.
Today, about 70 per cent of Jensen’s customers have opted to receive PDF invoices by email. Formpipe’s Lasernet solution generates each one, with Jensen’s logo, by pulling data daily from Microsoft Dynamics. Now invoices are easier for retailers to find. And just as important, Georg Jensen can deliver these business-critical documents to them with the clean modern minimalism that is the brand’s hallmark.
Huntress
When a US-based hospitality group noticed cracks in its cybersecurity landscape, it turned to Huntress to help it deploy managed endpoint detection and response (EDR), and managed identity threat detection and response.
With Microsoft Intune, Huntress’s EDR agent was rolled out across all 320 endpoints in under 24 hours. Since it’s built to integrate with Microsoft 365, Huntress fits right into the group’s existing setup. In just a few months, Huntress has helped the hospitality group realise significant improvements. For instance, response times have dropped from a high of 45 minutes to less than 10 minutes for most incidents.
IBM
British Sugar, which supplies over 50 per cent of the UK’s sugar, wanted to change how decisions were made by becoming more reliant on AI-powered analyses. The company had already integrated automation and 4G technology into its operations but wanted to do more to avoid unplanned production downtime.
IBM – which helps organisations use advanced technologies to solve complex business challenges – brought in its research and consulting AI and analytics teams to develop a digital twin of the supply chain, powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, as well as a minimum viable product for predictive maintenance. Thanks to AI’s predictive analytics, British Sugar can act faster to resolve issues. Now, the firm can share data with suppliers in real time and has cut the cost of raw materials and production processes by 10 per cent.
Reply
In just 100 days, Reply enabled Riverty, a flexible payment and financial solutions provider, to launch an AI-powered omnichannel contact centre built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Enhanced with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Power Platform, the system delivers multilingual, 24/7 support through AI-driven voice and chatbots. Intelligent routing, capacity control and automation have reduced case processing time by 35 per cent while stabilising service levels. Real-time dashboards and daily exports ensure transparency and service levels agreements management. Now live in four languages across eight markets, the solution has increased customer satisfaction by 28 per cent.
Shure
Forté, a leading provider of communication and collaborations and service, partnered with Shure to showcase the impact of the AI-Powered Workplace at its Microsoft Experience Center. By leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot alongside Shure’s IntelliMix Room Kit 30, Forté achieved a fast, zero-touch setup and superior audio clarity. This enabled accurate transcription, meeting notes and live translation, all critical for Copilot’s performance.
“It installs cleanly, sets up fast with minimal configuration, and delivers great audio, which is important for Copilot,” says Jack Manansala at Forté. “Shure’s unique microphone technology enables better AI outcomes with such a clean audio signal.”
Skillable
Skillable worked with a leading Fortune 500 technology company when it needed to quickly train its global technical salesforce in its new generative AI solutions. Using scalable hands-on simulations, sellers practiced guiding customers through building AI-powered applications without getting overwhelmed with technical complexity. Real-time feedback and accessible design ensured effective, tailored learning across diverse teams.
Thanks to the training, sales teams and partners had the skills needed to accelerate sales conversations, improve the customer and prospect experience, and confidently demonstrate the value of AI technologies for different prospect use cases.
