IT solutions organisation NIIT Technologies has chosen Microsoft to accelerate cloud migration for both itself and its clients. The collaboration will help enterprises become more agile, reduce costs, improve reliability and transform the customer experience.
Building on a long-standing relationship, the current cloud solution provider (CSP) agreement enables NIIT to manage the entire lifecycle of its customers, including commercials, support and delivering end-to-end solutions as a managed service on Azure. The partnership will deliver technology solutions for customers in all sectors, help them migrate to the cloud.

Microsoft and NIIT will: enhance real-time management of investor portfolios across geographies in banking and finance; improve financial transactions for in travel and transport, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency of organisations; and increase claim processing time in insurance, by enhancing communication between field representatives, employees and customers.
