Reply is a Visionary Sponsor at Ignite, with over 25 years as a Microsoft partner, 1,700 Microsoft specialists and more than 2,000 Microsoft certifications. Its using this year’s event to showcase how enterprises can operationalise AI using Microsoft technologies.
Its booth (#4535) features immersive experiences, demonstrations and expert sessions so attendees can learn about practical use cases for Microsoft Copilot, agentic AI and automation frameworks.
One of Reply’s immersive experiences includes a Copilot AI-Scape Room, where participants use Microsoft technologies to solve time-travel missions, restore timelines and bring missing agents home. Another is an interactive art piece that shares information about Reply’s offerings and partnership with Microsoft when visitors talk to it.
Representatives from Reply are also demonstrating how to deliver measurable impact across industries including manufacturing, financial services, retail and healthcare with AI, cloud and automation tools. Some of the business solutions show how to simplify HR and IT support, use multi-agent systems for heavy intent recognition, and create a factory model for developing and scaling AI agents.
Plus, Andrew Brower, client partner, and Ben Hungerford, senior technical consultant, for Valorem Reply will explain how the firm has partnered with organisations such as construction engineering firm Black & Veatch and Vodafone to bring AI agents to life in their theatre session at 14:00 PT on 20 November.
