eTail Europe to explore profitability potential of online businesses

eTail Europe, organised by World Business Research (WBR), will be held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London, UK, on 25 and 26 April 2022.

This year’s event has been designed to help attendees increase profits from their online business. It will differ from the usual exhibition experience with interactive action-packed strategies, peer-to-peer conversations, and connections with the top minds at successful and innovative European retailers.

Organisers expect attendees to return to their offices with hundreds of strategic takeaways.

The keynote presentations are titled ‘The Sustainability Transformation: Focusing on Today’s Conscious Consumer’, ‘Your Store as a Service: Redefining the Purpose of Physical Retail in Today’s Digital First World’ and ‘A Retail Digital Transformation Success Story: Reinvigorating your Brand and Exceeding Customer Expectations’.

Topics for group discussions include customer acquisition practices, the future of omnichannel and conversion optimisation.

Confirmed speakers include Rob Watson, head of digital at American Golf; James Robinson, head of conversation rate optimization at Sofology; Jennifer North, head of digital experience at Hobbycraft; Janis Thomas, e-commerce and marketing director at Look Fabulous Forever; Seb Villien, head of e-commerce at White Stuff; and Danus Chidambaram, head of architecture digital solutions at Mars.

Representatives from some of Europe’s biggest retailers, including Disney, Lego, Nike, Unilever and Walmart, are expected to attend.
