UK insurer selects RDT’s Landscape on which to build and develop its customer offerings over the next decade

UIA deploys replaces legacy system with new insurance platform

UK-based insurance provider UIA has replaced its ten-year old legacy system with an insurance software solution from RDT.

RDT’s Landscape solution will streamline and automate UIA’s core business processes, eliminating the volume of manual work and reducing the company’s cost base. It is also expected to drive operational savings of up to 20%.

The new platform will offer UIA the flexibility to develop and launch new product lines, as well as increasing its customer support across multiple channels.
