Communications solutions provider Avaya has partnered with Microsoft to develop its OneCloud portfolio on Microsoft Azure, which will offer users more options to increase productivity and customer engagement.
Avaya OneCloud is a platform that allows organisations to quickly introduce new experiences and capabilities to their existing solutions and empower employees to be more productive while working in new ways. The solution will ensure that customers have the flexibility to deploy services in a hybrid, public or private cloud environment.

OneCloud also features artificial intelligence-powered contact centre technology from software provider Nuance. The combined capabilities of Microsoft and Nuance will enable users to deliver intelligent, personalised and impactful consumer interactions.
Avaya has a long-standing relationship with Microsoft. OneCloud increases customer insight via customer relationship management data within Dynamics 365 and benefits from Microsoft’s powerful artificial intelligence capabilities through Azure Cognitive Services.
