Commsverse will explore how organisations can use AI, automation, contact centres, voice solutions, enterprise collaboration platforms and more to support the modern workplace and improve customer engagement.
Taking place at Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey, UK, on 24-25 June 2025, the event is targeted at IT leaders, UC professionals, customer experience professionals, architects, engineers, contact centre managers and workplace strategists.
Commsverse will focus on how organisations can use Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with 65 sessions and more than 70 speakers discussing a range of topics, including Teams Voice, contact centres, meetings and rooms, security and compliance, architecture and integrations, Power Platform solutions, and Microsoft Copilot.
Other topics will include agentic AI solutions in healthcare, data governance, measuring Copilot success with Microsoft Copilot analytics, lessons from frontline workers using Teams and Copilot, and more.
