New York Times bestselling author Luvvie Ajayi Jones and future-of-work analyst Jonathan Roberts will be guest keynote speakers at Connect 2022, which will be hosted by software company Isolved at JW Marriott Nashville, Tennessee, between 6 and 8 September 2022.
Ajayi Jones will encourage and inspire attendees to use their voices for good in their companies and communities and Roberts will discuss employee well-being, business disruption, training and the use of technology in the workplace. Roberts helps companies to bridge the gap between doing well and doing good for the future of work, and will also cover the importance of maximising on recruitment and retention.
“It’s a transformative time for employees and for employers, and we wanted keynote speakers who would reflect the need to not just rethink employee experience but also re-think how companies support an employee’s whole self,” said Lina Tonk, senior vice president of marketing at Isolved. “As we go coast to coast with our customer roadshow series, we’re hearing time and again that our customers want to transform their employee experience and that employee development and wellness top their list of what they want to learn more about.
“This year’s keynote speakers at Isolved Connect will challenge business leaders with how they engage and encourage employees to bring their best selves to their companies and communities.”
The event will also offer three days of networking opportunities and over 70 workshops and training sessions.
