Microsoft has selected Reply as a launch partner for its new Agent 365 platform, which is designed to help organisations deploy, monitor and manage AI agents at scale.
Agent 365 provides a structured framework to help organisations deploy AI agents across business functions and implement enterprise-wide governance to ensure they are secure and align with organisational objectives.
Reply will support Microsoft customers with rolling out Agent 365. It will assist them with assessing AI and agent maturity across their business; configuring, deploying and managing Agent 365; designing governance and compliance frameworks for AI agents; monitoring ongoing performance; and developing change enablement programmes to promote adoption.
